I have been breeding d'Anvers for about 20 years, the last 10 years showing. I am currently the Vice-President of the Utah Fancy Poultry Association we are a club that has been around for over 50 years. I Enjoy developing and breeding new color varieties in d'Anvers. Some colors that I have developed are, dun quail, working on a solid dun d'anver also dun mottled d'anver, some poultry breeders would call the dun color fawn. I also show and breed black rose combs, would like to see some more development in new color varieties with good d'Anver type, a web site that I look at often for inspiration is a European site that I recomend that all should look at, the site is antwerpener-bartzwerge.de/ click on Bildgalerie then click English flag for english then just enjoy and hopefully be inspired.
